Do I own the property?

No. The StayYield model is lease-based. The investor (or their company) holds the lease on an STR-friendly unit rather than purchasing the property.

Who signs the lease?

Typically the investor or the investor's company signs the lease directly. StayYield coordinates the process and reviews the lease for STR suitability.

Can the lease be under my LLC or company?

Accepted Answer

Yes, where the landlord and the building allow it. We coordinate LLC / company setup so the lease can be held under the entity that fits your structure.

Is income guaranteed?

No. STR income depends on occupancy, nightly rates, seasonality, expenses, regulations, building rules, cancellations, platform changes, damages, and market demand.

What happens if the unit loses money?

The investor remains responsible for lease obligations and operating expenses. We work to optimize pricing, occupancy, and operations, but performance is not guaranteed.

What fees does StayYield charge?

Typically a one-time setup fee, the actual furnishing / setup budget, and an ongoing management fee. An optional profit-share may apply depending on the package.

Which markets do you operate in?

Our launch region is Florida (Miami / Brickell, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa). We also operate in selected STR-friendly markets across Texas (Austin, Houston), Tennessee (Nashville, Gatlinburg), Arizona (Scottsdale), and Georgia (Savannah). New markets are added case by case where regulation and lease structures support the STR model.

Yes. Our Starter Unit package is designed for investors launching their first STR.

Yes. Many investors begin with one unit and move into the Growth (5 units) or Private Portfolio (10+) tiers over time.

Yes — guest messaging, cleaning coordination, and maintenance coordination are part of ongoing management.

Do you provide monthly reports?

Yes. Investors receive monthly reporting that covers revenue, occupancy, and operating activity.

Is this legal in every building?

No. We only pursue properties where building rules, lease terms, and local regulations are reviewed before launch.

Do I need to live in the U.S.?
